Some people learn by watching, some by doing, some by hearing, some by touch and some by a combination of the above. All learning styles are valid and honored using both the video and hands on Bone Makers® Travel Decks. Enjoy taking your time to read and touch, and feel the front and back of each of the 9 cards per class plus warm ups; upper, middle and lower body, tricolor exercise/stretch flash cards. Build self awareness, learn moderation, find your level from beginner to advanced, per exercise on the back of each card.
1. Conscious Committed: I can promise myself one class a week. This means I use one deck per month, for one muscle rotation. I do other activity twice a week to reach my 3 times/week goal suggested by the Surgeon General.
2. Faithful Fighters: I know I must get to it, to be fair to my body. I do 2 sequential BM classes/week resulting in rotating a deck, twice/month. I do another type of movement, midweek usually giving me the best of both worlds with consistency and variety.
3. Eager Beavers: I like to be active, planned and have exercise written on my calendar. I sequentially do 3 BoneMakers classes 3 times/week, to actively grow my bones and balance. This means I rotate a deck three times/month wgicg gives exercise proficieny as well. I am so happy that I can do a complete muscle rotation, 3 times a month! I even have built in recovery time too so I look forward to increasing my resistence as my body allows.
